Here are a few suggestions to keep your lazy susan in tip top shape:
Never totally submerse lazy Susan’s in water. This will damage the bearings inside the carriage. Instead, simply wipe off any exposed wood with a damp cloth and dry throughly.
If your lazy susan starts to look dry we recommend a liberal coating of Howard’s Butcher Block Conditioner. Always oil both sides. For the best results let the conditioner soak in over night before wiping excess oil off with a soft cotton cloth. This allows the mineral oil in the conditioner to penetrate deep into the wood. The bees wax in the conditioner will be left on the surface and will add a nice water resistant sheen.
